Cerrando la brecha: de las leyes a la implementación en oncología
Con gran éxito culminamos el I Access Summit 2025: Innovación, acceso y equidad en salud, un espacio de diálogo convocado por ALAFARPE en colaboración con Bristol Myers Squibb, cuyo propósito fue trazar una hoja de ruta para garantizar el diagnóstico temprano y el acceso oportuno a terapias oncológicas en el Perú. Este encuentro reunió a los actores clave del ecosistema de salud —entre ellos el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, el Ministerio de Salud, CENARES, CETS-INS, INEN, FISSAL, representantes de hospitales, la Asociación de Clínicas Particulares, asociaciones de pacientes, universidades y el sector privado— consolidando una conversación multisectorial de alto nivel.
El consenso alcanzado fue claro: para que la implementación plena de la Ley Nacional del Cáncer sea una realidad, es imprescindible avanzar en los Mecanismos Diferenciados de Adquisición (MDAs) y en evaluaciones de tecnologías sanitarias oportunas que consideren el impacto social de los tratamientos y recojan la experiencia tanto de pacientes como de especialistas. La innovación emerge como la solución; la articulación, como la llave que permitirá cerrar las brechas y garantizar un acceso más equitativo para todos los pacientes oncológicos del país.
