CADE Salud 2026: impulsando la transformación del sistema de salud
En el marco de CADE Salud 2026, se consolidaron espacios clave de diálogo y propuesta orientados a impulsar la transformación del sistema de salud en el país, destacando la importancia de una agenda articulada entre los distintos actores del sector.
Durante el evento, se presentó una hoja de ruta para los primeros 100 días, elaborada por el Comité Estratégico de Salud y expuesta por Ángela Flores, directora ejecutiva de ALAFARPE, junto a un panel de expertos. Esta propuesta planteó lineamientos concretos para avanzar hacia un sistema más eficiente, innovador y centrado en el paciente.
Entre los principales ejes abordados, se destacó la necesidad de garantizar un acceso real y oportuno, a través de redes público-privadas con financiamiento basado en resultados y sistemas de trazabilidad que permitan asegurar la continuidad de la atención, especialmente en enfermedades de alta complejidad.
Asimismo, se subrayó la importancia de fortalecer la gobernanza orientada a resultados, promoviendo la meritocracia y una regulación basada en evidencia clínica y estándares internacionales que faciliten la incorporación de innovación en el sistema.
En materia de sostenibilidad, se planteó la necesidad de avanzar hacia un financiamiento eficiente, incluyendo la creación de fondos para enfermedades de alto costo, el fortalecimiento del primer nivel de atención y la promoción de nuevas inversiones mediante mecanismos como Obras por Impuestos y Asociaciones Público-Privadas.
Otro eje relevante fue el impulso a la innovación y el desarrollo de talento, destacando la interoperabilidad de datos, el uso de tecnologías para la prevención y la formación de capacidades en salud digital.
De manera complementaria, el encuentro reafirmó el valor del trabajo conjunto entre los distintos actores del ecosistema de salud. A través de espacios de diálogo e intercambio, se promovieron iniciativas orientadas a fortalecer la innovación sanitaria, ampliar el acceso a servicios de calidad y consolidar un enfoque sostenible en toda la cadena de valor del sector.
En esa línea, se destacó que la articulación interinstitucional, la adopción de soluciones innovadoras y el compromiso del sector son fundamentales para generar un impacto real en la vida de las personas y avanzar hacia un sistema de salud más equitativo y resiliente.
La participación activa en CADE Salud 2026 refleja la importancia de construir una agenda común que priorice el acceso, la innovación y la sostenibilidad, con el objetivo de lograr mejores resultados en salud para todos los peruanos.
